How much does SPC Free Zone cost?
Your total depends on three things: which of the three licences you need, how many residence visas you take, and your workspace. All licence prices below already include our 10% discount off the SPC 2026 list.

| E-Publishing (digital publishing) | 4,999 | 4,499 |

What's included in the licence
- The trade licence with 100% ownership — up to 5 activities and up to 7 shareholders.
- Company registration and incorporation documents.
- Instant licence issuance, valid for 1 year. Rates include VAT.
Add a workspace separately (co-working from AED 375/year). An extra activity is AED 2,200/year; an extra shareholder is AED 1,000/year.
Cost with visas vs zero-visa
A zero-visa licence is the lowest-cost way to hold a legal company. Adding residence visas means a one-off establishment card and E-Channel registration (about AED 2,920 together), then per visa: an investor visa at AED 2,530 (2 years, incl. Emirates ID), a medical and change of status of about AED 1,065, and a visa allocation of AED 1,600 per year — roughly AED 5,200 per visa. Our visa and PRO page breaks down each step.
Dual-licence cost
The dual licence adds a mainland (SEDD) licence to your free-zone company. It costs more than a single free-zone licence but far less than running two companies, which is the usual alternative for reaching mainland clients.
What drives the price up
- Number of residence visas (about AED 5,200 each, plus the one-off card and E-Channel).
- A larger workspace package instead of basic co-working.
- Extra activities (AED 2,200/yr) or shareholders (AED 1,000/yr) beyond the included 5 and 7.
- Add-ons like the dual licence (mainland NOC from AED 3,000).
Hidden costs to watch for
Government fees sit outside SPC's listed prices, and cheap headline quotes often leave out the establishment card, E-Channel, medical, or visa allocation. We quote the all-in number, with our 10% licence discount shown, so you can compare like with like. If a competitor's price looks far lower, check what's missing before you decide.
